Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The rooms had no working air conditioning, the bed sheets had holes, and there were two single beds instead of a double. The bathroom lacked a plug, towels were insufficient, and the shower flooded the floor. Despite the spacious furniture and quiet surroundings in the heart of Buenos Aires, the experience was far from ideal due to the overall condition of the room. We left immediately to find a meal, expressing our dissatisfaction to the uninterested staff on the way out.
Upon entering the room, it was clear that it was not up to standard, with a broken bath tub and water leaks. Despite the disastrous start, the rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff's attitude towards the issues was uninterested, which was disappointing. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a vibrant neighborhood, but noise was a problem. The dining experience lacked variety and nutritional value. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive aspects but notable negatives.
The hotel was spacious and had an excellent air conditioning system, offering a quiet, comfortable, and great value stay. The rooms were clean and nice, with a super comfy bed and additional blankets provided for added comfort. However, they could do with a little refreshing.
My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster from the moment I walked into my extremely dirty and unsafe room, but it was at least comfortable and warm.
The hotel rooms could do with a little refreshing; however, my stay was quiet, comfortable, and great value. The spacious room had just the basics I needed, although it could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working and the bed sheets had holes. Additionally, having two single beds instead of a double was inconvenient, and the bathroom lacked a plug while the towels were insufficient and the shower flooded the floor.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had excellent air conditioning, making my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Buenos Aires, with easy access to great restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The service was top-notch, with staff being attentive and courteous. However, the dining options were a bit limited and overpriced, which was a minor downside.
